If you need any specific functionality fast, you can always decide to sponsor/finance this functionality and we will guarantee that it gets implemented for an upcoming release. To make sure you get up and running quickly we offer quick-start on consulting basis. 1-4 workshops/meetings are suggested, to discuss how the product should be configured. During this work the system is also configured together with core/expert users, such as system/process owners and project managers. Expert user training is done at the same time and a lot of questions are answered to make sure you will be able to use all features of the system right from the start.
Training and workshops are offered at any time to our customer for new staff or if the customer decides to use new features or configure the system differently. Training, work-shops and configuration can be held at customer’s office, Visionera headquarter or remote with online meetings/screen-sharing.
With the installable server versions you can run our products on a server of your own, such as in your own data center. If you need help with the installation on your server we are more than happy to help.
We offer remote installation and configuration of your server and continuous instalment of new releases on consulting basis – either by ourselves or together with your own staff.
Some of our customers would like to run the installable server version for different reasons, but might not have the technical knowledge or their own data center to host and manage their own server.
Our hosting services offer the power you need with the peace of mind you want. Each cloud server is carefully adjusted and optimized to provide maximum speed, security and reliability. We offer hosting including upgrade installations each time a new version has been released or how often you prefer. Price quote on request.
All our customers who run the cloud version of one of our products are offered free basic support. To receive the basic web support for installed server customers you will need to pay the yearly upgrade and support fee (20% of purchase cost).
